Bridges – DeVos – What do we do now?

If you are like me, the confirmation of Betsy DeVos gives you pause for concern.  I have two children who are educators.  Her decisions could affect their careers and the children they teach.  Because of that, I plan on writing my state Department of Education to encourage them to be transparent on any changes they are considering for public education.  I will state that I disapprove of privatization of our schools, for fear that children of little means in more rural areas will pay the price.
